Terms of Service

Last updated 12 August 2026

These terms govern your use of WPOS. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company.

1. What WPOS provides

WPOS is a conversational interface for building and managing WordPress sites. It generates designs, code, imagery and configuration on your instruction and applies them to a WordPress installation you control.

In plain terms: we give you a tool that writes your site. The site is yours, hosted where you choose.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Ownership of output

You own the sites, templates, code and imagery WPOS produces for you. We claim no licence over your content beyond what is needed to operate the service. There is no export fee and no proprietary runtime — what WPOS builds is standard WordPress, and it keeps working if you stop paying us.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use WPOS to build or distribute unlawful material.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the service.
  • Do not use it to infringe someone else's intellectual property.
  • Do not resell raw access to the underlying models as your own product.

5. Generated content

WPOS produces output automatically and that output can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing what it generates before you publish it, including any copy that makes claims about your business.

6. Fees

Paid plans bill in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time and your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

7. Availability

We work to keep WPOS available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice before removing something you depend on.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.

9. Termination

You may stop using WPOS at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, and where practical we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
