Privacy Policy

Last updated 12 August 2026

This policy explains what WPOS collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It applies to the WPOS service and this website.

1. What we collect

Information you give us

  • Account details: name, email address and company where supplied.
  • Billing details, processed by our payment provider — we never store full card numbers.
  • The content of your instructions to WPOS, including project briefs and anything you send through our contact form.

Information collected automatically

  • Basic technical data: IP address, browser and device type.
  • Product usage: which features you use and errors you encounter.

We do not sell your data, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

2. Why we use it

  • To operate the service and generate the sites you ask for.
  • To bill you and keep proper financial records.
  • To provide support and respond to enquiries.
  • To detect abuse and keep the service secure.
  • To improve WPOS, using aggregated or de-identified data where possible.

3. Your instructions and generated output

The instructions you give WPOS are processed to produce your site. They may be sent to third-party model providers to generate that output. We do not use your private project content to train public models.

4. Sharing

We share data only with processors who help us run the service — hosting, payment processing, model providers and error monitoring — and only as far as each needs. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

5. Retention

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and afterwards for as long as the law requires. Project content is deleted on request, subject to backups cycling out.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us and we will respond within the period the law allows.

7. Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected users and regulators as required if a breach occurs.

9. International transfers

Your data may be processed outside your country. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards for the transfer.

10. Changes

We will post any changes here and update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced before they take effect.

11. Contact

Privacy questions can go to our contact form.
